They kept me informed every step of the way, explained the work needed clearly, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. The pricing was fair and transparent, delivering dealer-quality service without the high dealership cost. After their thorough 70-point inspection and expert repairs, my car is running perfectly and feels safer on the road. Once again, the team at Carlax continues to deliver extraordinary customer service while keeping their customers safe on the road. I had a few services done on my 2018 Kia Optima. Grace, Tina and the Carlax team kept me updated on everything I needed done, the price for each operation and the completion and delivery date and time. Their prices are more than reasonable, and their friendly service is just one of many reasons I will continue to take my vehicle to Carlax in the future…and so should YOU!

Five Star Professionals at Carlax

Major kudos to Tina, Grace and Jake at Carlax! My 2018 Optima had a couple of major problems when I brought it into Carlax. The team at Carlax immediately provided me with an estimate and time frame to complete the repairs to my vehicle. They did not pressure me into doing additional work, although I now know I need to get my thermostat replaced and I've already received a reasonable estimate from Carlax to get that done ASAP. Carlax returned my vehicle to me clean and running very well! If you are not currently using Carlax as your repair shop of choice, you need to change that right now and follow my lead! The team at Carlax will be my only mechanics of choice for the remainder of my driving years. Thank you Tina, Grace and Jake!!
